On-Site Training and PSM Compliance Services

GCAP can also hold a course directly on location and work through specific plant or equipment requirements to solve any refrigeration issue directly. GCAP also proposes a 3-year compliance audit for ammonia refrigeration PSM/RMP programs looking at the entire PSM system to evaluate its effectiveness, identify deficiencies and suggest targeted solutions according to industry best practices.

GCAP offers a comprehensive approach combining three audit processes into a single cohesive audit:

  • RMPL3 – The EPA’s level 3 Risk Management Plan/Risk Management Program checklist,
  • PQV – OSHA’s Program Quality Verification checklist including document inspection, on-site conditions and interviews,
  • NEP – Specific questions that have appeared in OSHA's National Emphasis Program inspections.
