25 years ago Lindborg started to study the behaviour of ammonia with releases of this chemical, measuring its gas dispersion, how to catch the gas, avoid leaks, and much more.

I have developed educational material and practical demonstrations of ammonia in Sweden, Denmark, Germany (together with IKET in Essen), South Africa (together with OTTC in Johannesburg), Australia, the USA (together with ASTI in California),” says Anders Lindborg, President of Ammonia Partnership AB.

To honor Anders Lindborg’s vision and action to create a sustainable future, he is now Honorary Member (and past President of Commission D1) of the International Institute of Refrigeration IIF/IIR and the International Institute of Ammonia Refrigeration, IIAR, where he served at the Board of Directors from 1989 to 1995. Reinforcing his commitment to the natural refrigerant worldwide he is also member of the German, Portuguese, Swedish and British Refrigeration Associations.
